This is a battery powered high resolution outdoor security camera featuring a PIR detector to trigger recordings when someone enters the detection zone. The camera records either stills or short video clips directly on to the internal SD card which can then easily be removed and played back on your PC or laptop.

“It's early days but so far the camera works as expected. It was easy to set up using the factory settings following the instructions provided with the camera but I have yet to try setting my own settings. Although it would cost more, I'd like a remote gizzmo with which I could switch the camera on or off without having to scramble up a cherry tree to access the off switch. I could then operate it in the same way as I do the house alarm system.”
