“Video quality is pretty good and the device housing (USB chargin g hub in my case) is not only discrete but also functional. The motion detection works well though the fact that captured clips can't be viewed directly from the timeline is a bit frustrating. It would also be good to be able to set the default duration of a motion activated clip.
The mauual provided is pretty useless as well as being printed in almost illegible 4 point grey font. Howevver Eyetek have tried to help by including a more strightforward and helpful A4 setup supplement using sensible font and useful graphics.
My one serious and infuriating complaint is that the setup is very tricky and not a little flaky. The QR read option to help setup simply doesn't work and the more cumbersome temporary Accepp Point option is filddly and required required a number of camera re-sets. To make this complaint even more infuriating the whole process has to be repeated every time the camera is relocated or switched off.
I have a sense that the device is more configurable and capable than I am aware which makes the absence of a good manual all the more disapointing.”

Thank you for your feedback, the App used on this device is a generic App and is used on a few other devices and offers functions that are not on the router camera which can sometimes cause confusion. We do try and cover the functions for the router in our instruction sheets and we will have a look at them to see if there is any parts need changing or adding. If any customers are having problems we offer telephone or e mail support to resolve any problems a customer is having and pride our selves on our customer service.
The problem of you having to set it up each time should not happen if you are connected to the locations WiFi as it will memorise the settings, if you only connect locally i.e. between the camera and your phone it would need setting back up, please give us a call if you are having any problems with this.
