Regulation of the air flow occurs when rotating the inner cone to the correct position and fixing in place with a nut. Easily removed and replaced for cleaning purposes. “Exactly as described and feels and looks very nice. You just need to be aware these are quite small in diameter, which makes them look great on the ceiling but equally might need to be open wider to achieve required air flow rate. Easy to install but hole cut size must be done very precisely.”
