“I was a bit disappointed with my latest purchase of this beef scalp. There's normally at least 8 medium sized bits in the bag, but this bag contained 4-5 very large pieces only, which are too much for one portion, and extremely hard to manage to cut through to make smaller, even with a serrated knife.”
