“Water tank is fine, no problems with it. Customer service is absolutely disgusting. I’ve paid for 2-3 days delivery, then it turned out to be out of stock, but stock arrived quickly so it was fine, and I was promised to get a water tank in next 3 days the latest. Which didn’t happen.
I have hired a person to do a number of fittings for me and water tank was the most impotent part as everything was build around that, and because of the fact that company didn’t care much to sent it out in time, I have lost £400 paying to the contractor while job couldn’t be even started.
I have asked if I can come and pick it up, because it costing me expenses for 2 days already, after THE LATEST DELIVERY DAY. Which I was refused to do. While the warehouse is 30 minutes drive from me, still, company assured me that it has been sent out, and will be with me no later then next day, which didn’t happen again.
The morning water tank arrived, the driver has told me that he got the parcel the last night only.
Company has refunded me £18.
So I ended up with water tank costing me £217 and in total I have lost £600 due to paying salary to a contractor for the job he couldn’t do.
Never ever using this company again. You better off getting your products somewhere else if you care when it arrives and not planning to communicate with sales people.”
