“Tank itself and Direct Water Tanks themselves were great. They were very helpful over the phone - they helped me select the right tank and also were polite when I rang for status updates on my order.
The reason for the 3* review instead of 5* was because of how long it took for their supplier to dispatch the tank. It was supposedly in stock with the supplier, but they took days for them to dispatch it.
I made it clear that the tank was required urgently (for an event) and although it did still arrive in time, I can't understand why the supplier sat on the order for so long before sending it, especially when the delivery was so expensive (£25 or so)!”
