I enclosed the pipework inside polystyrene sheets with one slightly hollowed out in the middle. As I tightened the screws to the ceiling the polystyrene sheets compressed fully insulating the pipes and keeping the data cable separated inside. 3were used and overlapped to fully seal the ducting.”
