Good morning, Roger. Thank you for your order and for your feedback. Would you be able to call our customer service line or email in an image showing the size of the outlet you have on your IBC, so our team can assist?
IBCs usually come with a 2" or 3" valve as standard, however, there are specialist IBCs which divulge from the norm. If a 2" fitting was too small, it could be that your IBC doesn't come with standard a S60x6 connection – which is why our 2" fitting might not fit.
