“Very unhappy my goods never arrived and courier reported they had been signed when no one was home. Poor customer services and no refund or replacement”

Our customer service colleague Marina has looked into this and has found that the couriers had received a request to divert your parcel to a local parcel shop. This was delivered to them on the 15th and then later collected on the 20th of January according to their tracking.
Marina has emailed to confirm these details, if you are able to respond to her there we shall do our best to assist.
