“I really used to love this brush, it’s been made differently and falls apart as I use it. I would not recommend.”

“This brush is slippery and the bristles slip out! So catching a snag in the hair requires a total reconstruction of the brush if you don't catch it in time. It's a huge inconvenience and wish that it was the same construction of the brushes I've been using for the past 15 years.”

Hello Michiala, thank you for leaving your review. To stop the pad from slipping from your D4 handle, please remove the pad and clean the pad and handle with clean water and let the pad dry naturally, this should prevent the pad from slipping. “as stated before my brushes are now not as heavy as they previously were. they used to be very heavy duty and solid. i ordered the same brushes as i have always directly from you and this year they are definately different.”

You may have previously purchased our D5 heavy weighted brush which has the same pad and pins as our D4 but has a much heavier handle.
