Love!! It came quick quickly and the whole shopping process was a breeze. I bought it for my long curly hair, but my siblings with shorter, straighter hair love using it as well. I can see where people might get frustrated with the bristle section coming out, but I haven't had such a bad experience with it. It fell out while using it in the shower with tangled hair, but dry it, put it back in no biggie. I recently read that brushing wet hair isn't that great anyways (hair is weaker and more swollen when wet/soaked). It's useful that it comes out, though. I can clean each bristle, the inside of the brush on my own accord. If you keep having trouble with it coming off you can totally just hold the top while brushing. I didn't find it annoying at all~! Overall, 10/10!

I bought two D4 Brushes from Sally’s that both fell apart several times in the shower while detangling my hair....I then ordered two more directly from Denman to compare quality and it is the same. The quality has done down tremendously. My last D4 never fell apart in over 6 years. Almost $100 for detangling brushes I can’t use. Disappointing.

Hi Natasha, we’re really sorry that you have experienced this with your new brushes! When the brushes are hand made the assembler uses a little liquid soap to help the pad slide into the handle - it sounds like there is some residue left on your brushes. The problem is super easy to resolve - if you take the pad out of the Brush and give it a clean with some warm water, once it dries it shouldn’t be as slippy! I hope this helps, if not please pop me us an email to customerservice@denmambrushus.com. Take care - Jamie

Works well. Reduces the amount of time spent styling hair compared to finger coiling. I was skeptical at first but somehow a brush can do this

The brush piece slips out of the handle wayyy to easy. While brushing my hair wet I had to constantly put the brush back together

Hello Adriane, thank you for your feedback. Other customers who use their brushes with shampoo, leave in conditioner or a detangling liquid have told us that sometimes these products can build up and act as a lubricant making the pad slip out of the handle more easily. This can be easily resolved if you remove the pad from the handle and rinse both in warm running water and them allow to airdry.  When you reassemble your brush you will notice that it is harder to slide it in and out of the pad. All the best. Jill
