“I’m a bit disappointed because the brush I purchased isn’t really good for think hair. I paid a lot for it and it’s not really comfortable in my hand. I’d send it back if I could. I was hoping it would be worth the money, but it really isn’t.”

“I am disappointed with my new paddle brush. I don’t feel the quality is the same as my old one. The material used to make the brush is thinner and it’s not as heavy duty and I’ve already had bristles fall out. The quality is not the same. So disappointing I loved my old brush and my new brush is not the same and has not held up and I’ve only had it a few weeks. I’d rather pay more for a better quality brush. I know as the times have changed prices go up and quality has gone way down. So sad I don’t love this brush like I thought I would. Glad I didn’t pitch my old one. I am back on the hunt for a good brush.”

Hello Laila, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your new brush. Our D83 has an air cushioned pad with an air hole in the pad which can be mistaken for a missing pin. “I use this to blow dry my hair and smooth it out. I have slight curl in my hair and this allows me to blow my hair dry beautifully.”
