“The brush does give some shine to the hair, but the tips of the brush detroy your scalp. It is very agressive to my scalp, and I am not able to use it.”

Hello Paloma, thank you for your review and feedback on our D81M brush. I am sorry to hear you are finding the nylon pins a little hard on your scalp. “This year, I bought Denman brushes for both my grown-up daughters for Christmas. They both requested "the lovely de-tangling brushes we had when we were kids". I had used Denman brushes on their hair when they were little - the only brushes that didn't result in tears and tantrums when tackling tangles! They were both delighted with their gifts (a style and shine brush and a wet-detangler each). I would always recommend Denman for quality and value.”
