“I have been using this brush for at least 20 years when one of my stylists used it and I liked it so much he would special order it for me. Now I just order these direct. In the past year they must of had some manufacturing problems because within the first month of use one or two of the ball tips would break off then causing snagging of the hair. They have replaced the brushes and hopefully, they will be better this time. This used to happen in previous years when I purchased the brushes but it would take like a year to happen not a couple of weeks.”
