“Purchased replacement heads recently and within 2 weeks of use the bristles came out from the mould/pad. Very disappointing as I’ve purchased before and never had this problem. They were not used with use of a hairdryer or any heating appliances. Just brushing hair. Not what is expected after a couple weeks use.”
