There is a number of factors that may have caused the colour not to stick to your hair such as the condition, porosity, and existing colour. If you would like some help with the application in the future then please feel free to contact our customer service team.

“I had purple balayage done at my hair salon but the colour had faded almost completely. I was recommended crazy colours to maintain/restore the colour. I got the shampoo, conditioner and both the red and purple power drops as I wanted more of a red than a blue purple colour. They've worked brilliantly, I really like being able to make my own shade. I tried adding the drops to just the conditioner initially but the effect was subtle so I added it to the shampoo on my next wash and that was much more effective”
