“I have a blonde balayage, admittedly not of the lightest, whitest blonde but it certainly reflects the medium blonde before image used by crazy colours. So while I didn't expect light grey hair from using the graphite dye, I did expect to see SOME difference after using this product. I bought two bottles plus a bowl and brush which including shipping cost me nearly £18 and there were ZERO results. The dye is very light grey and does not seem to be very pigmented at all. Turned out to be a very expensive and time consuming conditioning treatment.”

Hi Nancy thank you for the review; we really appreciate it. Sorry that you have had a negative experience dying your hair. We do recommend lightening hair to level 9 or 10 (blonde) before applying, to achieve the best result. However, the colour may have not stuck for a number of factors such as; if any of the previous colours remained in the hair, condition, porosity, etc. If you have any more questions regarding the application and your result, please contact our customer service team.

“Didn't have any effect on my hair, and my hair usually soaks up colour! It was bleached blonde not too long ago so I was hoping to keep topping up the grey semi-permanent wash I had (from another company) but it was not effective!”
