Hi Poppy, thank you for the review; we really appreciate it! Sorry, to hear that you have had a negative experience with our products and customer service. Our purple does have undertones of blue and may have gone bluer due to any remaining color in your hair.

“Was ok but did not come out purple entirely. Used the whole bottom on my very short hair that was bleached and ready to take colour. The purple came out almost brown, and barely purple like in the images. Despite following instructions and also leaving it in for extra time to allow for more colour. Disappointed honestly because I've been struggling to find an affordable hair dye for years”

Hi Taylor, thank you for the review; we really appreciate it. Sorry that you have had a negative experience dying your hair purple. We do recommend lightening hair to level 9 or 10 (blonde) before applying, to achieve the best result. However, the colour may have gone patchy for a number of factors such as; if any of the previous colours remained in the hair, condition, porosity, etc. If you have any more questions regarding the application and your result, please contact our customer service team.
