Crazy Color® was launched in 1977 in the midst of the punk rock explosion in Britain. In a time that anarchy and free expression ruled supreme, one hairstylist was growing tired of the same natural color palette. Renato Brunas was at the height of his hairdressing career and was set to push the boundaries of color even further when he developed a new range of rainbow shades. “Very nice green colour but very quickly faded to a bright and deep blue which has completely stained my hair, tried everything to get it out but it’s still very bright blue almost 3 months after initial dyeing, will have to bleach it to remove it”

“Fab! On top of my faded blue it went a teal colour then to a brighter dark greeny blue. On my natural hair it was the perfect shade of the pine green I was hoping for!”

“Love this colour. I thought a pine green would be lighter in colour but this comes out as a nice rich forest type green in my hair. Interestingly it also washes out to a cool teal blue colour which is fun! For reference, my hair base is a mess - natural mid brown with 10+ years of permanent black, recently lifted to a mid blonde to hold this crazy colour ;)”
