“The bed is amazing, you can gt bit concerned when buying online but they did not disappoint and the bed os top quality. The company were so good with advising on colour and best texture to match a shell chair my daughter already had via whatsapp, and ensured it arrived in time. Will definitely buy from Crafted beds again and also recommend to others.”

“I emailed customer service for the dimensions of the bed before ordering to check it would go upstairs. I got a quick response and ordered the same day. Website said 5-10 days for delivery and my confirmation email said 7-21, but the bed came on day 7! I had a call the day before it arrived to say what time it would come, and the delivery driver would call and confirm 30 minutes before (which he did). All the pieces came for the bed (and spares) but the instructions are SO lacking. There are three pictures, no words and the bed already looks assembled in the first picture. There is a checklist for what pieces you should have with the bed but not all of them are there. No pieces are labelled so we put the sides on the wrong way around BUT if you have common sense you’ll be absolutely fine. Only one bolt didn’t line up but we just decided to leave it out as not work sending the bed back. It’s very sturdy and heavy so make sure you build it where you want it! The bed is very well made and looks exactly like the pictures.”

“Ordered this double bed , fast delivery. They delivered on weekend which was good and the best thing about the bed was , it was very simple to put together . Also bought a mattress with and it's all perfect .”
