“Ordered for the first time online and order stated 2 to 3 days delivery as we needed for a job the following week . 7 days later I contacted you to be told they were not in stock for 3 weeks so I had to buy elsewhere as we were let down as items were needed asap . I cancelled the order over the phone and I’m still waiting for my money back . We won’t use you again”
