“Incredible customer service. I live in America and wanted to buy gloves for my wedding. I had a very pleasant experience at both of my virtual appointments. They helped me with sizing and choosing the right glove for me. When the gloves arrived, the thumb was too big. Cornelia James shipped the gloves back to their store, free of charge. They received the gloves, altered them, and shipped them back all in one day. They did not charge me any shipping fees or alteration fees. They were in constant communication with me about the fit and ensured me that the gloves would arrive in time for my wedding (This occurred within a couple weeks of my wedding and I needed time for international shipping). I cannot recommend this company enough. The gloves were absolutely perfect, made with excellent quality. The alteration fit perfectly. I cannot wait to wear them for my wedding next week :)”

“My puppy, Monty, decided to eat one of the buttons on my glove. I returned it to Cornelia James for repair which they gladly undertook. However, they found they did not have the correct equipment and sourcing what was needed proved to be a lengthy process. But I was kept updated all the way along - with a lot of humorous banter each time! Thank you so much, Cornelia James, you were amazing. Kate”

“A belated Christmas gift from the parents, the gloves arrived and I fell in love. The fit was almost perfect, minus a bit of extra fabric on the thumb. I contacted customer service, shipped the gloves off to the studio, and they were sent back, completely bespoke and fitting my hand perfectly. This is the beginning of a beautiful glove collection for the winter!”
