“I ordered early with enough time to get a replacement. My order was delayed due to fabric. I had to reach out to wonder if everything was ok considering how they said it only took a few days to get the order out on the way. I was disappointed in the gloves when they arrived so I reached out - but in the end, I didn't have time anymore due to the delay to get the replacement in time before my wedding date. It took days for them to respond, and the timeline was extremely tight that I wouldn't have been able to get a replacement in time. I was also in the heat of prepping for my wedding. Order WAY way earlier than you need them. What was wrong with them: The thumb was really long, while the fingers were a tad too short to where it was OK but annoying feeling. I had gotten advice on what to measure my fingers as, and in the end I didn't opt for submitting my finger lenght and decided to trust it, since it was marked as Optional and since my fingers are pretty normal length...They had advised that it should be fine unless your fingers are identified as 'short' or 'long'. Instead, minutes after I submitted my order, I sent them a message on WhatsApp with my finger measurements just in case they wanted to take note of it... I didn't get a response. In hindsight, just measure your fingers and submit them prior to ordering. It wasn't worth it not to based on how it all ended up. Also, don't message them on WhatsApp because your request will either time out or they won't see your messages at all. Or they'll see some and not others, and overall not get back to you. Email worked better. Long story short, I kept the gloves and they were useful for what I needed them for... When I got them, they were saggy on the middle parts of my arm, and not taut on my upper arm, even though I obsessed over making sure I was following their advice for measuring. The gloves didn't feel or look like silk. They snagged EXTREMELY easily on anything they touched. I was wearing a beaded dress and you don't want to see how ruined the gloves were before I even got to my ceremony. Overall, it was nice to have 'opera gloves' vs no gloves at all - considering there aren't many (or any?) others on the market. For the price, I will never buy these again. I also can't use these gloves again either due to how unrecognizable they are. They're terribly snagged in every part of the inner arm and whole hand. Hope this helps”

“I was looking to achieve my wife's look with her Hugo Boss Kasilky dress. After having made a study which gloves should go with the dress, I chose the silk (like her dress) Desdemona model in polyvalent white instead of blue. Very satisfied that the gloves are tailored made. Now waiting for the right occasion.”
