I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

“Baratza Sette gearbox is consruction of metal and plastic. The plastic gear is meant to break. Mine broke and local distributor in Indonesia seems to stop supporting (no spareparts available). There are option to replace the gearbox only, but need more effort to find this part and to install it. Bought the complete gearbox + motor + burr and it was very easy to install. Thank you Coffee Hit team for sending this part across Atlantic without issues.”

“Installation is very straightforward. The only required tool was a Torx 10 screwdriver. Our Sette 30 started working straight back. We watched a quick youtube tutorial about the cables to plug and unplug, and replacing the piece took less than 15min.”
