I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!

“I replaced the burrs on my Vario as I was getting to the end of the fine settings on the grinder. Having replaced the burrs and calibrating the grinder I am still unable to get a consistent grind. Some sites mention “seasoning” burrs but this is consistent. When can I use my grinder again and how much coffee should I waste “seasoning” burrs. Very disappointed and have considered getting rid of the grinder for a new one.”
