About Coffee Hit Ltd:

I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

But if your like me you like to geek out a bit and we also have some really cool coffee brewing gear for my fellow coffee geeks.

We have the solutions for you to make great coffee at home or in the cafe.

Enjoy!

I've been using this for some time, both in our camper and at home. It makes great coffee.. But I'm now making even better coffee after actually watching the video of how to do it correctly!! Am now bring the metal filter disc bought off this site, which is certainly more more convenient and results in less waste. Still not yet 100% certain as to whether it improves the coffee taste or not.

Looks good and hopefully fits the requirements, it was asked for as a present so can't add much more

Great piece of kit. Taste tested with aeropress and it seems ever so slightly a cleaner brew. Both great presses but the Delter just edges it, just!

Received quick in good packaging.

My old Aeropress was getting more difficult to plunge, so I thought that I would try this instead of replacing the Aeropress. So Far it’s worked well and the coffee tastes good.

Hi - My Delter Press has just arrived, so what I say now if only after a couple of tries I've been a coffee geek for many many years - I have a 2 group commercial espresso machine, Mini Mazzer Grinder, Hottop Home Roaster Grind will always be the key to this brewer - I'm grinder as per the Video as little coarser than espresso but not much - Weighing out 12-14g per serving 200ml water Pre-infused by raising to 50ml mark and let sit for 20-30 seconds, then pushed through - raised again to 100ml and plunged then the final 50ml The coffee was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN - great non-bitter or sour taste - I was using a Kenya Peaberry from Coffee Bay (a local roaster) - I added a little milk and had a brilliant brew. The coffee stayed hot and in fact was perfect temp for drinking Clean up is very easy - unscrew filter cap and knock the puck out - then rinse I'd say the taste as others have said is similar to a Chemex or a good Pour Over and a Vacuum Pot coffee If it is too strong for you - try grinding coarser or visa versa BEFORE adjusting the dose. Must say I'm very impressed, amgonst the best filter style coffee I've had Tmax

I have been using an Aeropress from when they first came on the market. I've tried other methods, but I've always returned to the Aeropress, not this time. Making coffee whe Delter is quicker than the Aeropress, easier than the Aeropress and makes a better, cleaner, cup than the Aeropress

I was initially impressed but the seal failed after a few uses, turning it into a slow drip device. The manufacturer offered a new seal (good service) but I asked for a refund instead.
