I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

“customer service denied me help in correcting the shipping address even thought i emailed and called them within the hour. i tried through the page as well and shipping tracker. Money went to waste, terrible service”

I can see from the email trail that the team tried to help you update the delivery address from your old address to your current residence, but sadly both the warehouse and couriers were too quick this time around. “Unfortunately, the seal is not reliable. Initially I thought I might have screwed the lid on poorly but I’ve now had a couple of spillages inside my bag - it was pure luck that my laptop wasn’t in there at the time. This is my second Fellow Mug and unfortunately the product hasn’t retained its build quality.”
