I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

“The kettle is beautiful and stylish with excellent temperature for making a wide variety of hot drinks. It has had many compliments - however the handle after 6 weeks of use started to peel off to the black plastic beneath. So beware - it looks fabulous but the quality is much poorer than I ever imagined it would be for the cost.”

“Very nice kettle, looks super smart, has nice display and controls. Boils fast, beeps loudly. Interface is slightly unintuitive but once you know which buttons to press when you get very used to it.”

“Pleasantly designed and practical, reasonably quick in heating up and not too noisy. The pour action can be controlled very finely. There are several useful functions and the controls are clear and easy to use. Lack of full marks just because it tends to slightly overshoot or undershoot the set temperature (but still within a reasonable range of a couple of degrees).”

“Great kettle, does what it promises. It is a lot of money for a kettle but if you want something a little bit more special and enjoy nice coffee or tea brews, this is what you should get. At the end of the day it’s a kettle and heats water, however it has some neat functionalities and looks great on any counter top. Moving from a basic goose neck, not electrically heated, this is particularly useful in the morning as you just press a button to get your desired result!”
