About Coffee Hit Ltd:

I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

But if your like me you like to geek out a bit and we also have some really cool coffee brewing gear for my fellow coffee geeks.

“I don't know what to say, my experience so far can't be labelled as pleasant, unfortunately. Store forces mean to use UPS, since it's the only option for international shipments. On March 24th,I received an email that surprised me, it was an (email- cc) copy of a conversation between UPS and coffee hit about UPS asking about my details and contacts to complete the delivery!!!!!!????????!!!!!!, what?!?!!!!!!! My details and contacts we're written in my delivery address in coffee hit website, how was it even possible to Even complete these order if my details are not there. Anyway, I played along, and wrote again all the details and contacts to UPS, On May 27th, AGAIN!! I received a query about my details this time with an additional query about my ID and its expiry dates, today is the 1st of April and I still haven't received my item (the order was on 16th March) I'm really terrified that I may receive my item damaged or wrong, Coffee hit people, you sell great things , pleased, PLEASE give international customers an option like DHL or FedEx or anything other than UPS. I will update my review once I receive my item .”
