I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

“I was thought I was buying the virtuoso +, but then I found out it was the original one. Regardless, it works perfectly and I love it I'm also amazed by it's quality since it's refurbished. It looks new. The only small complaint I have is the lack of a manual in the box to assemble it. Nevertheless, love the service and the buying experience”

“I ordered a refurb since I understand Baratza make it easy to do things like this, plus it's a good idea for sustainability anyway. The discount compared to a new grinder is an added bonus. The service was great and delivery timely. I love the grinder, which was clean on arrival, works brilliantly and was easy to set up—although including a manual or a link to the online manual I found might make life easier for others.”

“So far, the grinder works fantastic and it has the new burr set, which is a plus. Only downside was that both packaging and grinder weren't particularly clean on arrival.”

“I wasn't sure how this would perform, but after trying a few different grind settings I am now getting some delicious espresso using this grinder. I recommend it highly!”
