I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

“The Kettle was not delivered, so my poor 91 year old mother has to somehow rescue it from the post office, the excuse being that the postage was insufficient. I have one of your kettles, and I love it, so I had hoped to get one for my mother's birthday. Unfortunately I'm in the US, so can't really help.”

Hi Mark, Thank you for the review. I have looked up your order this morning and I can see an image POD that looks like it was delivered to a home address (with occupant visible) if this is not the case please let me know so we can raise an investigation with the courier.
