I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

“The Shimmy itself works well. However I was very surprised to be sent six of them instead of the one I ordered and paid for. My attempts to return the surplus five were met with a less than helpful response as your company seemed to take the view that it was down to me to solve the problem of returning them, instead of acknowledging the fact that I was doing your company a favour by returning them at all. I had expected a collection at my convenience rather than being messed about in the way that I was. Five stars for the shimmy, no stars for the other things mentioned above.”
