About The Cigar Club:

Hi, my name is Paul and I’ve been in the cigar trade now for over 25 years (where does the time go?).

The Cigar Club was originally started by my father in the late 1960s, so fine tobacco doesn’t quite run in the family veins but very nearly.

We’ve been sending out cigars around the world since those days of distant memory i.e. before the dawn of the computer age. However, I know that our website offers a unique and pleasurable shopping experience.

I’ve always tried to keep the personal feel to all our transactions and like to think that the personal touch gives the The Cigar Club a unique place in the Cigar World.

“A very nice cigar I do have one big issue with those bought in the UK. They are looser have less leaf and as a result burn quicker. They are also harsher in my opinion. If you buy them in the EU they are tighter, have more leaf, burn slower and are milder. A different and far better cigar all round. I believe the reason for the substandard UK cigar is a desire by Agio to lessen the tax on these cigars in the UK. UK prices are one of the highest in Europe but that is nothing new!.”

“When looking for a supplier, after having problems elsewhere, found these people. Good valuem with the free postage, as I found that many places were a little dearer, and they charged postage. Good deal by CC and quick postage of items. Within 2 days max.”
