Hi Doreen, this review is totally unfair and unnecessary! You ordered at 1:57pm on Monday 27 September and left this review about 27 hours later! We automatically send order confirmation immediately after we receive the order and despatch notes as soon as parcels are despatched, which are done either the same day or the next business day. You parcel was despatched the next business day and you should have received an e-mail to the address you indicated on the order, if not please check your junk folder.
We work incredibly hard to despatch all orders no later than the next business day and provide a personal, friendly and professional customer service. However, you did not try to get in touch with us at all to ask for more details on your parcel, just left this review less than 30 hours after your order! We might not operate like Amazon Prime getting your goods to you the next day and taking a £7.99 monthly subscription for that service but we are proud to be independent, small and provide something more meaningful and personal to our customers with real care about their lives and dogs.
“Fab product! I left a note asking for it to be suitable for a 9 week collie and got treats suitable for 8&9 weeks. Great variety and really love the “chomper menu” for deciding what to give him. So far the lamb muscle meat, cow ear flap and pigs ear have been life savers for keeping him quiet during WFH meetings! Thanks very much”
