“Once assembled this is a nice looking arbour and reasonably good quality. It looks good in our garden and will be a lovely place to sit. We immediately noticed, though, that the bench slats aren't evenly spaced and one is crooked which is disappointing. Skills with regard to assembly are definitely required i.e. the ability to pre-drill most of the screw holes and to use an electric screwdriver, more so than I would have expected given the cost of the arbour. The biggest problem is definitely the method given to put togther the two roof panels. This is very tricky to achieve successfully and the two screws are just not strong enough to hold the panels together without reinforcement. I would also strongly suggest assembling it in situ unless their are strong people available to move it into place as it is very heavy once made.”
