“I bought the Cheltenham Arbour and feel it was good value for the money. The wood is of good quality, and I look forward to many years of enjoying this lovely garden seat. Just a couple of points to be made concerning the construction process. Generally, the construction was quite straight forward with good instructions in the leaflet. However, although the leaflet stressed that all screw holes were pre-drilled, there were no pre-drilled holes to join part G to part H. This was easy enough to overcome. Joining parts J to K [the roof section] was a bit fiddly, but manageable with care. The video on the website was useful, but did not always match the leaflet. Whereas the video showed only 3 screws per J section, there were 4 screws shown in the leaflet, which was actually the correct version. The video also showed two screws being used to attached sections H and G to the roof section. This was not included in the leaflet and no such screws were supplied. These points are minor, but should be rectified to avoid confusion for any potential customers, in my opinion. I hope these points are helpful. They are offered in the view of being constructive. Would I purchase further products from Chestnut Mill? Yes, I would no hesitation in recommending this firm.”
