“The soft brush is fine but the other oval brush - the 'hard' brush - is not hard enough, the bristles need to be be firmer. I used it as a staircase brush and it was wasn't effective in shifting dirt from the carpet, however it did permit me to get right into the corners. It needs the creation of another tool - a wider version of the furniture cleaning tool, It should be twice the width and again, firmer bristles. The recommended action of using the basic Halo with the power brush on a staircase is not ideal . . . athough light the [shortened] Halo is stil too heavy on the wrist for cleaning over 14 steps, so I find I have to 'hug my Halo' capsule to compensate for the weight. I find the power brush on the stairs is a trifle large and unwieldy. In conclusion my Halo certainly does the job and one feels mighty clean afterwards. I'm very glad I bought one.”
