“The Capsule vacuum cleaner itself has very good suction and there is a very good carpet tool with the revolving brush. However, it is sadly let down by the other tools such as this upholstery tool which does not have the orange security device that fixes them in the main capsule orifice. Thus they fall out when you try to use them in this way. Big disappointment. I have reported this to the Capsule Customer Service who have passed it to their design team. But they have not yet committed to changing the design of these tools - it should be easy to change”
