“A poor design feature of the halo capsule is that it cannot be stood safely when pausing during use. It fell on a tiled floor resulting in the hinged door of the capsule breaking. We sent it for repair. On receiving it back with the capsule door hinge repaired we were disappointed to realise that some metal piece was trapped inside the motor housing. A metallic rattle could be heard when the capsule was moved/shaken even softly. To us this indicated a lapse by the engineer who repaired it. Upon enquiry we were assured that it would do no harm, so since April 2022 we have continued to use our halo capsule without any problem. But the slightly defective workmanship did disappoint us.”

“Although I really like the hoover itself, the customer service of this company is shocking. I’m SO disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They are an incredibly frustrating company to deal with if you need a repair. ☹️”
