“I didn't as such order this small pack of dust pouches, I was due to receive these as a thank you for waiting so long following my pre-order of the latest Capsule, but it wasn't included in the box so I had to request it them to be sent - which is what this order relates to. Also, I was much happier with the earlier Capsule model which is easier to use. The handle on the recent model is uncomfortable and the capsule clip has changed and is difficult to close.”

“Having pre-ordered the Capsule X 2 Battery Bundle, part of which was a pack of 5 pouches, but trying to fit them was impossible as they were TOO BIG, so I cut one side of one, which then fitted okay. Contacting Halo and explaining the situation, they apologised and sent me further packs and asked me to forward photos of the problem, which I did and I asked them to inform me that they had received them. I am still awaiting confirmation. I might just add that NON of the replacement pouches they sent would fit, so it looks like I will have to cut them to size when I need to use them. I am wondering if any other purchasers have had this problem or have I just got the wrong sized Capsule Shell or wrong sized pouches. I await an explanation.”
