“Very happy with replacement dust pouches & the actual Halo cleaner. The one thing I’d ask you to consider is a handle on the actual body of the machine as being elderly find difficulty carrying with handle at the top especially when going up the stairs. Apart from that, having purchased many machines over the years including Mr Dyson’s the Halo is easy to clean, doesn’t smell , could be a bit lighter in weight but all in all excellent. I’m 77, have a messy husband & a hairy dog but like my home to be spotless & it is with the aid of my Halo. So thank you designers & should you take up my suggestion I’m sure you’ll end up putting Mr Dyson or should I say Sir James Dyson out of business!!!!”

“These Dust Pouches are stress free! Very easy to use, and changed in seconds. The convenience of discarding one bag and fitting another could not be simpler. They compliment well, a sturdy, well designed machine. The power of the suction of this machine is incredible! As an owner of 2 dogs ( one a white collie) dog hair is dealt with in seconds on the stairs! Fantastic machine. I'm very glad I bought it!”
