“The first one I was sent didn’t charge so I was sent another. I am pleased with it but rather disappointed that the damaged circuit board jn the original one isn’t going to be repaired by the company. What a waste of a halo. All other parts totally brand new.”

“Slight problem with the battery, when we contacted the Halo advice and action was very quickly put into play. I am delighted with cleaning power the carpet pile looks good and refreshed. I cannot praise the staff for their speedy response. Certainly would recommend this item.”

“I am delighted with this vacuum cleaner. In my opinion, it is far better than Dyson or any other make and much better value for money. It is lightweight with excellent suction. The disposable bags mean that I don't get dust and debris on my hands or in my face when clearing the machine. The customer service is outstanding and they responded to my issue very quickly and to my total satisfaction. I doubt that I will ever buy any other make of vacuum cleaner because I am so thrilled with this one.”
