“Probably user error but I couldn't get the brush head to work with the stretch hose! Everything else worked fine”

“The power of the halo is pretty good and having two batteries is amazing. I found the unit very top heavy and cumbersome to work with compared to my previous Dyson model. I think it struggles with debris along the edges of the walls and skirting boards so that’s not great, but overall, as a quick clean it works pretty well.”
