“Not really used it yet. I did give feedback on the tricky orange connectors when we first got our halo. They are very difficult to disconnect & we were advised that you were trialling a better connection system. Any news on that?”

“The new stretch hose is excellent, and makes it much easier to clean things higher than the floor. It’s easy to change over since the fittings were improved, and like the Halo, a really good product. The only reason it didn’t get five stars is because it can be awkward to hold/manoeuvre when lifted, and needs a handle on the side, perhaps one that folds flat. I find the Halo Capsule to be an excellent product, with excellent support and innovation.”
