“Great product. Customer service stinks. Shipped the wrong product (much more expensive). Only after I had chased 5x in 2 weeks did they believe me. After I refused to ship back without them paying shipping in advance they shipped the right product - twice. No one this bad stays in business long...sadly”

“When I got it - fine. But Customer Disservice is their motto. Took 6 weeks, and a lot of chasing by me, as they turn at shipped the wrong item. And then ignored me. And then asked me to send photos to prove their error (despite their own shopping note clearly staying they'd sent the wrong thing).”

“Shockingly poor customer service. Is it all outsourced? Are staff poorly trained? Overworked? Halo took my money - processed and shipped over 5 working days - but sent the wrong products (more expensive ones). I had to chase, repeatedly, to get this acknowledged and rectified and only managed this by complaining to the CEO.”
