I emailed you telling of my problem with the hose.Bethany immediately replied telling me she would organise a replacement ASAP.This was despite my cleaner being slightly out of warranty! “Great vaccum but tube was a tight fit and the catch broke when trying to remove it from the machine for storage. Halo immediately sent a replacement free of charge. They give great service.”

“My Halo capsule stopped working. I telephoned customer services who ran through a trouble-shooting check with me. A new extension tube was required. The cost was £24.99 which I thought was reasonable. The tube was delivered within a couple of days and the vaccum works well again now. I was pleased woth the service that I received.”

“Great manufacturing on part. It might need to be redesigned as the screw that fixes the connecting piece of plastic to the actual hoover will most certainly always break due to one screw holding this in place. Otherwise great”

“ordered a new part as mine had broken, we hadn't put the wall bracket up so it had fallen a few times which led to the plastic clip breaking. we have since put the bracket up to prevent this in future. quick delivery time.”
