“The Halo Capsule cleaner is extremely easy to assemble, use and is good value for money when compared with other vacuums. However, delivery service and communication was appalling. The carrier APC received the delivery on 5 October and delivered it on 20 October. The customer service level from Halo Capsule team was nothing short of dire during this period.”
