“The brush tool isn't very good quality compared with other vacuums, such as SEBO, Miele and Dyson. However, it is better than not having one. However, when there was a fault with the main brush on delivery it was replaced immediately, without any quibbles. That was excellent.”

“The Capsule vacuum includes a bundle of attachments to use for cleaning upholstery etc. They can be attached to the main part of the vacuum. I have not yet used those and I think they are useful tools.”

“So far l have only used two of the attachments. The crevice tool is useful for cleaning inside the car.”

“The Capsule is very good, pickup excellent, except for the handle which is not ergonomically designed at all.. My first finger becomes very sore pushing into the corner between the handle and the main machine. I have had to tape wadding into the space to continue.”
