“Excellent tools. While I'm here though, only 1* for the screws for fastening the wall bracket. They were useless, and two of the three snapped off as they were being screwed in. I had to drill new holes, which made a mess of the wall. Please pass this on to the relevant people. Such a small thing to get right, so it needs sorting. It has spoilt my overall impression.”
