“I would suggest a modification to the power brush. Like all models with all comapnies the edge of the power brush does not allow you to get right up close to skoirting board and so it is necessary to carry another small handbrush with you to get where the power brush won't let you. The power brush needs two protruding brushes on it's front edge [left and right] so one can eek away the dirt betwen carpet and skirting board. It might prove complicated to achieve but it would be wonderful if these brushes rotated.”

“I note that you now produce an upholstery tool but this did not come with my capsule. I would be grateful if you could let me have one.”

“The wall mounted holder is very useful and holds the machine and the tools whilst it is charging. There is a crevice cleaner and a soft and hard brush and an additional small holder that attaches to the vacuum so a chosen tool can be transported with the vacuum. The bags are easy to replace.”
